English Premier League 2019/20
Re: English Premier League 2019/20
Klopp was angry. Wow! I guess they did get hammered after all.
Besides the "better team on the day" schtick and the puerile "but Everton" obfuscation, they got owned.

Talking of getting "hammered", despite the early goal, the toon didn't. I was waiting for them to get the winning third but they both ran out of legs.
Re: English Premier League 2019/20
Oh my, what's that about the 'best team on the day' again?

still waiting, shall i put the popcorn gone back in cupboard?????jackspratt wrote: ↑July 5, 2020, 8:07 pmAs a disinterested (though highly amused) EPL spectator, I would also make a request of Alan ie can you define 1st, as opposed to 11th?
Perhaps based on games won vs lost.
Or goals for vs against.
Or something less tangible may be appropriate - I will leave it up to your good judgement.

AGAIN no link because AGAIN there is no mention whatsoever of any involvement by anyone connected with LFC in the article.
Unfortunately for you, ASSumptions based on twisted bitterness have no place in the eyes of the law.

Peter Moore has been quick to emphasise the shared values between Liverpool and Everton following the vandalism to Dixie Dean's statue at Goodison Park.
The Liverpool CEO posted an image on Twitter of Everton legend Dean with Liverpol hero Bill Shankly.
Dean and Shankly were great fans despite being heroes to different sides of the city and Moore was keen to point this out.
Posting the image, he added the caption: "Our shared city, our shared heritage."
Fans were quick to back Moore, with Colin Bannon calling the incident shameful.
He said: "Peter, Dixie was a great hero to my dad who watched him in the 1930s.
"Dad had six sons: all Reds. That's hot Liverpool families used to be.
"Respecting each other: Red and Blue.
"This is shameful."
Chris Evans agreed, arguing: "Any Liverpool fan who doesn't know who Bill Shankly has his arm around needs to have a word with themselves." It comes after damage to the statue of the Blues legend caused widespread outrage.
The flare is believed to have been left on the beloved statue in the early hours of Sunday morning before burning out and causing a small amount of footage.
Staff cleaned the statue later in the day before passing on CCTV footage to the police.
Officers have now confirmed they are looking into the incident.
Supporters have branded the act as 'disgusting' and 'disgraceful' as Red and Blue have come together to condemn the damage.

Yeah! It was obviously a BLM'er.
Or maybe one of them ANTIFA?
