Perhaps Mr Scudamore has been promised his own box + prawn sandwiches at the new place - when it does open?

Re: English Premier League 2018/19
and a bit more from Mr Scud in the same speech
“They know the rules and what we require. They have to provide a stadium. We can’t have a fettered fixture list. Clubs have to be able to deliver 19 home games in the slots that are required. So if they share with a rugby league club, we can’t be fettered as to when those clubs can play. It’s up to them to work out with Wembley or where they want to play, can they deliver that level of commitment to us."
Premier League seem slow to make any comments .......... is Levy going to be told to play ALL games at Wembley or not and if not WHY NOT? "THEY KNOW THE RULES"
Will Spurs be thrown out of the league, demoted to Conference South?
Tune in next Saturday, same time same channel and probably DIFFERENT place LEVYMAN da da da da da da da da, da da da da da da da da levyman

They have now revealed what the problem is with the stadium ....
They put the seating in incorrectly ........... they had them facing the pitch
Spurs "CHOKING" in the final stretch again

The "toon" have a chance to grab bottom spot again after only managing to hold on to it (Alphabetical order) for a couple of hours last week
Re: English Premier League 2018/19
Cardiff 0 Newcastle 0.....a shocking match only notable from probably the worst ever individual performance from Newcastle's Kenedy.Didnt complete a pass in the first half, should have been sent off for kicking an opponent and missed a penalty in the 6th minute of injury time ! statto could have played better....I kid you not !
Everton 2 Southampton 1
Leicester 2 Wolves 0
Spuds 3 Fulham 1
West Ham 1 Bournemouth 2
Chelsea 3 Arsenal 2

Yeah, one can get some entertaining 0-0's and I enjoy a 'battle', but this was boring enough to turn off after an hour and send me to bed for a very early night. And whilst the later games seem to have offered much more, my old eyes can't usually stay open unless my own team's involved!
Re: English Premier League 2018/19
I'm looking forward to some cheerful posts from our Nong Khai poster. I suppose they'll attract the usual nattering nabobs of negativism (a Spiro Agnew phrase).

Re: English Premier League 2018/19
from Zidanes fixtures Watford must have one hell of a squad to play Burnley away and Man city away at same time on the same day I believe Man City are playing Huddersfield would love to see the Terriers pull off another unlikely result against the top team but unfortunatley can not see it happening

747man must be having a long sleep in. His regular analysis of Everton's games is a must read for regular Map readers.

You're not friends with 747man?
How can that be?
It's a good start to the season for the Map's premier team. Long may it continue.
