Been a bit of chit chat re Scunny United club crests recently ..it seems in todays wokey dokey society some saying that the crest is bad because it shows a clenched fist... in fact previous crests also show one...DM is old school and prefer the old round version over the newer .. cant see it changing as it would cost too much to replace it and chairman Swann has more pressing issues like finding money to keep the club in the league ..

DM more hopeful under new gaffa Keith Hill we can stay up..

so for the thousands of Iron fans in Thailand indeed Udon heres a reminder of the two club crests

Im pretty sure the old scunny pin badge i had 50 or 60 yrs ago was a clenched fist possibly holding a torch

Good job they got Hill in before all the prem teams came looking

Im liking Hills style already .. after bringing on Miles Hippolyte in the first half and him being total crap Hill asked him.if he wanted to really be a footballer at half time .. Hill subbed him ..so a sub was subbed ..proba ly never to play again .
Already Hill looking to bring players in n shaking things up at the club.. the crocks n dead wood free loaders will be weeded out very shortly and bring in youth talent such as Calum.Wilson .. piss takers will nit be tolerated.

..i like this guy ..

I knew the lilac lepper would have to.comment ..so predictable
FYI .. New manager Hill used this meaningless fixture to access players ready for the bread n butter league games to come maybe Rafa should try it 5555 especially after the Watford debacle .. bet you had forgotten about that eh Alan ??

Salford at home tbis saturday .. Hills first league game in charge n promises ov new faces coming in makes me more optimistic about putting up.more ov a fight to stay up..

The UKs biggest game this weekend has to be Scunny v Salford today ....

Keith Hills first real game in charge .. L2 points are all that matters IMO .. having had a couple of games to sort the chaff from the chaff be very interesting to see what side and formation he picks.

for those that wish to watch the game its possible on Ifollow or YT livestream.

Thank you Statts, did not play our best but still managed a 0-2 win. Just watch us **** it up in the play offs. Who wants to go to Qatar anyway.

Indeed Statto .. egg on face to Mr Lilac man..

Totally different formation and personal playing in slightly different positions appears to have changed as at least Scunny did not loose or get smashed as wished for by the ****** taxi driver from Liverpool.

New manager Hills experience rubbing off as the Iron payed some great footy at times against money bags club Salford and i cant recall a time where we had more possession than the opposition and by all accounts should have taken all 3 points. Not waking up to a defeat on Sunday morning is a nice feeling i hope it happens more n more from now on.

Scunny do remain bottom but now only on goal difference ..its very tight with only 5 points between bottom and mid table / 17th and fixtures coming up against those around us

The future is brighter ..the future is CLARET N BLUE ..

You wouldn't mean the weather presenter from Nong Khai, would you? He's such a nice man who has very few suggestions on how to make the world a happier place.
