Well a HUGE win at Geelong, first in many years

It was a must win this week , and grabbed a few % to go with it,

I think all at Sports Bar tonight agree the final 8 is going to go down to the wire, with the last round of home and away and even down to % perhaps

Arrived back in Udon today, too late to jump on the gravy train.

Went straight to Villa and try to order 2 huge Humble Pies.

Closest they had were apple pies , so grabbed them, as we might sneak into the finals.

HUGE win and got another 6% added, which is going to help in the next 2 rounds.

12 from last 14 games ..... ahhhhhh

Adelaide in Adelaide, Media already pumping it as a prelim to a final

That other Sydney mob (the plastic one) might have something to say about what happens when the real stuff starts too Wazza - looks to be a race in two - with the Swannies waiting to pounce if either of the top two flinch. They were pretty good last night but alas the bruise free dogs didn't offer much opposition. Amazing game - we had over 30 more inside 50's and got flogged. Looks like I won't have to worry about finding a tv in the back blocks of Roi Et come September.

No worries Wazza. Will be in Udon for the first weekend of the finals and maybe the second if I can wangle it. Staying at the Pannarai as there are 7 of us all up but thanks for the offer. Am looking forward to catching up for a chat with yourself a few of the UM lads and the stumble from the Sports Bar to the Pannarai is perfect.

A nail biter at the Adelaide Oval, ebb and flow and lo behold the swans had their nose in front at the end, fighting spirit personified.

Hahaha. Did you notice that he ran 80 metres and bounced it twice? He received the ball on the half back flank and kicked from about 40 metres out. Not mentioned once on the tele, in the papers or on the radio. Must be nice to be Buddy.

Meanwhile in Ballarat the snows just stopped and hopefully will have melted by the time the ball is bounced this arvo. Wonder who the brain surgeon was who thought footy in Ballarat in the middle of winter was a good idea.

Carn the scray.

He had 2 bounces and a fumble which hit the ground which gave him another 10 ish metres.

Ballarat. We had to google it at the
Sports Bar to find out where it was.

Doggies to win . Peter Lalor best on ground.

Well Barney has knocked the hawks out.

all down to the wire next week as predicted,

I need Saints to beat the Tigers !!!

Gold Coast to knock off Port and The Barney Blues to toss it, so we get 5% again, just in case to be sure to be sure .....

Nice to see your optimism returning Wazza. My concern is Essendon, if we meet in the finals they will feel as though they owe us one. Also the bias of umpires against the swans. 28 free kicks to Crows - 14 free kicks to Swans. Wayne Carey who was commentating the game was quoted as saying that he didn't see any bias and as quick as a flash on twitter, someone responded that he wasn't surprised about Carey's lack of observation as he had previously not been able to see the wedding band on his teammate's wife's hand.

There were a few horror calls on Friday night and yes the Betts 50 m was one, but even I was confused on a few others.

Pluggers kick will always be an issue for Grevious , still sticks in his weekly lotto, with only 2 numbers, as Supplementaries are always a winner for the bombers

Im not sure what Horse has done , in the last half of 2017 , but seems to have worked obviously, BUT the glass is half full, but i think first finals round will see a few upsets first up. Swans included
