The Hovis munchers were robbed! According to my unbiased sources from Leeds we played Derby off the park and even Ian Dowie said we were the better team on Soccer Extra - how can you doubt a man who looks like my ex wife?! Did you watch the game on a stream Camps? I couldn't find it anywhere.

BTW Jon, thanks for making me laugh on the dead rock stars thread!

Thanks for that Clip Mark, not enough superlatives to describe the one-time Goodison Favourite. Surprised David Moyes hasn't tried to recruit him for "The Stadium of Light" He'd work well with Defoe.Trust all good in your neck o' the woods.

Hi Mr P. I presume you r using Kodi, at the moment the best streams I find are within the "Phoenix" Add-On. Phoenix Sport,Cosmic Sport, Zem Tv with their numerous links(many to Astra Sports and Bein Sports. Another few good Add-Ons are UK Turks, Sportsdevil and Castaway for SkySports, BTsports etc...Its just finding the right link, that's the ball ache.....Your fellow Hovis Muncher, Adhoc is clued up on all this tech stuff...As for Ian Dowie's blind school you'd get a better response from Jon's Security Bisto on a Saturday afternoon after a pint of cider..and that's disrespecting Bisto.... Good luck with the Wigan game.. cheers P

Never mind DM there is always the "Cup" to look forward too

Interesting that Newcastle p 13 pts 28 GD +16 GD equal to the next two combined (Norwich +8 Brighton +8)
Scunthorpe p14 pts 28 GD +14 GD equal to the next two combined (Bradford +7 Sheff U +7)

err not sure where all the spaces have gone ...... the "S" in Scunthope is under the "N" in Newcastle until i press send

Well I suppose watching Australia play Thailand could NEVER be mistaken for a joyful event, but isn't this going a bit too far given the music & dancing going on in bars all over Thailand :-k

Rotherham have appointed Kenny Jackett as their new manager on a three-year deal.

The Millers sacked Alan Stubbs on Wednesday with the club five points adrift at the bottom of the Sky Bet Championship following a run of six straight defeats.

Jackett will take charge of tomorrow's match against Reading.

Born so close to Hellend road must be sad to see the car park only full for the recent Chuckle Brothers gig and Sunday car boot sales ...onnee kiddin .

Still doesnt mean to say you arent a closet Chelsea fan and a follower of both the mighty Whites and the Blues ..must have you mixed up with another UM member... might as well add Scunny to the list and go claret n Blu all way thru.

Tuff game at Wolves today .

Newcastle 3-0 Ipswich
Wolves 0-1 Leeds
Chesterfield 0-3 Scunthorpe
Grimsby 0-1 Cheltenham
Dag & Red 1-1 Macclesfield
Forest Green 3-0 Guiseley
Kidderminster 0-2 FC United of Manchester
Great away win for Town against a Grimsby. side who are in the play off mix. An early goal was enough to push them up to 16th. in the league. With the exception of Plymouth at the top & Newport County at the bottom everyone else are pretty tightly grouped. Top met bottom yesterday in Wales & County did nothing to help themselves by having a man sent off after half an hour. The visitors ran out easy 3 to 1 winners & sit 4 points clear at the top, Newport need to double their current points (7) just to get out of the zone..

Before statto notices ;) all our featured teams won yesterday with the exception of Macclesfield who got a decent point away at Dagenham & Redbridge.

Scunthorpe 5 points clear in League 1.
Newcastle 3 points clear in the Championship.
Leeds up to 10th in the Championship and only 3 points off a play off place.
Forest Green pulling away slightly at the top of the Conference.
Just when I thought our chance had passed, you go and save the best for last.

Why do referees have to spoil a good stat?

In this weeks 12 Championship games the 1 x Friday and first 10 on Saturday had managed to produce 11 Clean Sheets (all won by 1 - 0, 2 - 0 or 3 - 0 and the late game Sat saw Cardiff at Forest. Forest get a player sent off and we get to injury time at 90 mins with the score Forest 0 Cardiff 2 ........... then the bloomin ref gives Forest a very very soft pen (90 +1) which get scored to ruin the clean sweep.
