How long does it take to get a Thai tourist visa in Vientiane?

And is that good for 60 or 90 days?

more info might get you a better answer. Getting a 60 day tourist visa in Vientiane, takes a day. Turn in application/passport, pick it up the next day.

It's also a good idea to get there early.

I think you usually have to hand things in before midday, if you want them back the next day.
