Condos in Udon: construction quality? management quality?

Post by ChrisThai » October 15, 2022, 10:02 pm

Do you own a condo in Udon?

If so, may I please ask you this question:

How is the construction quality?

How is the management / HOA?

Lumpini and Base Heights, in particular. But if any others that you own, I would love all opinions.

THANK YOU!

If you like a postage sized condo with no kitchen and do not suffer from claustrophobia, not bad
I had a bumper sticker in Texas that read 'Beam me up Scotty'. I often wish I could find one in Udon Thani

Thanks Whistler.

Anyone else who owns a condo in Udon?

If so, which building? Lumpini? Base Height?, etc .

And, does the construction seem good quality? And what is your opinion of the management / HOA?

THANKS!

Someone is currently selling a condo in Lumpini in the classifieds. You could try sending him a private message or email to ask his opinion.

It is a good question and I'm also interested any feedback from people who actually have some first hand experience.

I own a 2 bedroom condo at Skyland Condos.
It is located in the center of town 50 meters from the middle roundabout on the main road.
It was originally a 5 storied indoor market so the building is solid.
The workmanship in converting it was very good.
My condo is on the 4th floor so I have a good view from my windows.
Can not complain about the management or security as they are always very helpful and on the ground floor where there is a large car park.
It has a small swimming pool on the roof and a small gymnasium.
Some of the condos at the first 2 levels do not have a view so I have been told.
Maintenance man is very good and helpful.
His service's are free as the maintenance fees for a 60 square meter 2 bedroom condo.
is 1670 baht per month
There are 2 lifts and the corridors are cleaned every day & security cameras everywhere which are shown on a display in the main office.
