A friend is having a house designed for property just outside Udon.
Is there a way he can check on a builder's reputation?

Yes, by asking people who built their house and if they are happy with the results. But for a small builder that can change without warning.rickfarang wrote: ↑May 9, 2021, 5:28 pmA friend is having a house designed for property just outside Udon.

The builder we used did a reasonably competent job they are probably as reliable as any other and more than many.

Re: Researching builder's reputation
When we had our house built the contractor took us around to several of his builds. The wife spoke with one of the residents and they were happy with his work. Ask him to show you his work.

Thank you for your replies. It is satisfying that you both have similar recommendations. I have passed them along to my friend whom I am sure will be grateful for your advice.
