Dose Espresso - Nice Bistro Across from Maeya (Sponsor)

Apologies forgot to take a photo of the spicy salad menu page so there are dishes for tg or tw to try and for reference to the thread,no bread basket is available 8)
Still no one sitting under the suspended racks for the coffee bean bags,at least the lass reassured me they are only filled with newspaper :D
Peruse the menu at your leisure 8)

Pomps I believe there is an additional menu page with small side dishes for around 49 baht each, such as small salad, kimchee, mashed, etc which when added to say a salmon makes it more of a complete meal with veggies.

Pomp's post reminded me that I took a few pics at Dose a few weeks back, however they were prior to noting prices and dish names so I'll just make them up this time. The steak was cooked lovely and I'd have to say better than what I've had at the two wine places. The misses generally has the salmon which is s ripper also. I was charged 150 corkage which is a fair price.
Wazza I don't think they charge corkage for casks.

Another fine lunch at Dose (the new one). The service is always par excellence....and the dishes, coffee, and dessert never a disappointment. A few of today's dishes below. Polished off with tiramisu cake and cappuccino.

Wow, hard to believe nine months passed in between last two posts on this great place. Dose Factory - the bigger one behind the prison off Srichumchen Rd - is really Udon's finest, great quality and value with luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere and terrific service.

By the way, in recent months I am following the "Paleo" diet and have dropped some weight. The menu at Dose Factory can be Paleo friendly with nice salads and meats, as well as kimchee, and tofu. Hard to pass up the pizzas and pastas and rice dishes, not to mention the desserts and drinks, though the varied menu makes it easier.

Dose Factory.

Post by Hunter58 » December 4, 2016, 6:48 pm

Lunch with my family today at Dose Factory.
It should be noted that parking is available at side of restaurant as well as in front.

Excellent lunch , but not cheap.
Kids loved their pizzas, thin crust and lots of options.
Wife had seafood pasta and was very happy.
I had the Aussie steak, tender, perfectly cooked and nice veggies.
Shared deserts and coffee to finish.
Excellent service and well worth a visit.

Dose is still one of our favorite places to eat.....always good service, good food, and pleasant staff. I had the shrimp fried rice and my wife had the seafood pasta......we shared the seafood salad in the photo. Topped it off with a passionfruit smoothie blended with tiny bits of kaffir leaf.

Was.in there yesterday and observed a Toll Booth with boom gate being erected .

No idea as yet if paying customers at Dose get free parking ?

The place is so good I'd pay anyways. I wonder if it's to keep Mae Ya from monopolizing the parking lot?

The parking lot across from the satellite post office on Srisuk Rd has long been free for customers of those shops in the same immediate area (lab, Dose, and a few others). Other customers are supposed to pay 20 Baht. Parking in that general area is sometimes at a premium, so it's no surprise to me that the powers are going to control it further.

Same same parking dilemma at the new Dose......I'm sure lots of non-Dose customers would like to take advantage of their parking area.
