any advice where to bring a HP "all in one" Computer to have a check up.

i tried everything - Driver updating, removing, reinstalling.

problem partly solved!
i just unplugged the HDMI cable from toshiba tv.
now windows 7 is booting and rebooting without problems.
most probably a HDMI driver related issue.
i won't invest more time in research since windows 7 will not be updated anymore by january 2020.

Samuel, if available, you might try a different HDMI cable as they do go bad. If you try just make sure the cable is tight in both the all in one and the tv plug as they can go bad and not be a tight fit.samuel wrote: ↑August 17, 2019, 10:52 amproblem partly solved!
