New civil service law

Watching the news , it came up , in july a new civil service law would be enforced, No bribes / Tea money, every gov office has to supply you with a booklet/ Pamphlet , detailing what is required and the cost's for the service you need,Ha , my question is, Do the police & extortion office come under the title of Civil servants , ?

well, if the booklet has an e-mail address or phone number that works for complaints/accusations then it might work.. Nothing like some tactical anti-corruption cops marching in the door and arresting a few miscreants to make folks honest...

I think you may have this confused with the american law that was passed last year.
