There was a guy on Thaivisa looking for a teacher in Loei. Maybe if you are not a member on Thaivisa you could sign up and PM the guy and get the Loei down on low!

Very quite to live in i would think, also very laid back, a nice place also.

Seems to be a very quiet and laid back place from what one of my friends who lives there tells me, but I've never been there.

Parts of the area experienced some heavy flooding during a big rain a month ago or so. I don't think there were any fatalities though.
