Fact is that although the story started, thats as far as it got.
You see, my mother took ill and I had to look after her for 6 months.
Then I got a call from an old work colleague to say there was a job going , and so I have been doing that for the last 12 months.
Now my thoughts have turned to holidays again
, and the curiosity is still there to have a look at this mysterious Isaan city of Udon Thani. The place I was told that I wouldnt like, and was to hot for me, and had to many mozzies, etc.
Actually to see the ex's origins, well , Its a sort of closure in a way I suppose.
But I appreciate some of your earlier comments about needle in haystacks, etc

let it go son. write off the financial & time loss as a cost of doing business in asia. dragging that excess baggage around will only make you overlook other opportunities. she has moved on to other gravy trains & wouldnt even recognise you now.
