50 post minimum???

When i try to go to Nightlife section it requires 50 post minimum. Whats up Lee, why the new rules?

It's been on the cards for a while now for multiple reasons. I sent you a pm about it. It's a members only section which contains some material not suitable to children to view, creating a post limit avoids them simply signing up to view that section.

Anyway it looks like the script may be conflicting with the SQL version so it make need some tweaking or if I can't find a fix then it will be scrapped.

It is a good idea regarding the under age element, and any new members just wanting to view the nightlife only will have to make some posts and be active on the forum, which is a good thing, the more posts the better imo.
So get posting Mac, and you will soon be at 50.

And i just seen we have 2 sections for night life, another good move, just remember 'what' to post where.

Whereas I applaud the reasoning behind the 50 posts it is plainly shown above it doesn't work. Any juvanile can post aimless nothings (as above) 50 times and get to enter the adult section........Maybe you need to rethink this Lee

it's a good deterrent, obviously not going to keep anyone away. but just like a burglar, make your house a little tighter, and the next one i less hassle, so on they go.

let's face it, they can download plenty of hard core free porn with less trouble. just the adverts for porn sites without entering show more than anything in our nightlife section. which if fine with me. less is more.

I think things got mixed up.
The sub heading that says "slightly more risque" has post's that are quite tame. Whereas, the nightlife one has info in it as to how much the cost is to fu*ck the girl in green at John's Bar.

I think it all ought to be done away with. Those of us who live here, know what's happening. Those that don't live here, I for one, don't want em to know!
However, I realize, udonmap.com, exists because of paid sponsorship, and the bars are a big part of that sponsorship. So, I guess, I should just shut the fu*ck up, right? One too many Scotches tonight.

mm, i dont think children go to udonmap.com to see adult content... and im guessing many ppl just read posts and not answer that often.

I agree this was a bad idea, did anyone see any other forum with info about this Udan thing?

I hope you rethink this as well.

No sorry don't have any ideas on this one apart from as above and scrap the sections. Sponsers have their own section anyhow.
