Changing password .

Post by trubrit » July 18, 2017, 12:22 pm

I have sent an email to contact at Udon Map but haven't received a reply to this problem so here's hoping one of our more savvy members can help.
I am typing in a 10 digit new one on the first line than as requested repeating it again, I have tried several times making sure each time I am not making a mistake but each time on submission I get a message saying they are not the same, a close inspection shows me that the first one is reduced to 9 digits each time, but the second is still 10, so of course they won't match. Any answers please .

My guess is the field sizes are mismatched, the first limited to 9 characters? Try an 8 or 9 character password, Hardly need internet banking style security.

Good day.. About 3 months ago i was attempting to finalize my booking on NOK Airline site and i encountered the very same problem a 10 digit phone number that would take ONLY the first 9 digits. Got in touch with the call centre and the automated message system informed me that i shall call the next day. Out of frustrations i try to rebook using FIREFOX browser instead of CHROME... surprise surprise it worked.. Maybe it could work for you . Good luck.

I was able to use a 10 character password (as a test) using Chrome.
