answer what? no-one even knows what you're
blabbling about. or how many people are in your
head. and i'm not going to talk about other forum

p.s. marjamlaew that's not an accurate list. but
considering your source and own penchant for
posting false information. i'm not surprised

fibbing on yank thread , making up stories( much
like your handler does) yes that was awkward

so now, you preemptively accuse everyone else
of lying & being a troll . it's a genious strategy

Hey Whistler,

Old mate, Pepesgrille, Mech401, Mooning2, Super T, DukeNukem, Nongbuakid, Baby_Spice, Cali4995, UDON-P.I., Kungfugrip, Lord Humungus and Punisher (cheers to Niggly for the list) seems to have you right where he wants you. That is, engaging.

Only one solution.
I think pepesgrill can be a bit of fun if you don't engage with him too much. I have some sympathy for him. I think the US takes a lot of smacks on the Map and it's not surprising some Americans will push back.

I enjoy your posts on politics Whistler more than your wrestling with pepesgrill but I admit I keep an eye on the wrestling too.

Yes, you play nice in that passive aggressive style you have. Dismantling someone's ego in a subtle manner is definitely a skill.

But surely refraining from responding to a troll doesn't mean one's ego has been dismantled?

Earnest and tam,

When the clown posts too.much crap, I sometimes respond. It's amusing to watch his twists and turns, but dreadfully exposed when he lacks all integrity then thinks he has pivoted somewhere else, when all he has done is dig deeper. What an ass!

Australia is stronger thanks to the monarchy

The Crown is a link to our best ideals, reflecting Burke’s notion of society as a compact between the living, dead and the yet to be born

Tony Abbott. You're going friggin' low there.

From The Washington Post:
But from the moment she acceded to the British throne, Elizabeth was part of an imperial story that extended far beyond Britain’s borders. After all, she learned of the passing of her father, individual George VI, while at a wildlife lodge in Kenya, then still a British colony. In the seven decades since, critics argue that she has yet to show much awareness of the misdeeds of the empire for which she remains the ceremonial figurehead, including for the violent campaign of repression carried out by British authorities in Kenya in the 1950s during the anti-colonial Mau Mau uprising.

“To this day, she has never publicly admitted, let alone apologized, for the oppression, torture, dehumanization and dispossession visited upon people in the colony of Kenya before and after she acceded to the throne,” Patrick Gathara, a Kenyan political commentator, told the Associated Press.

In the same AP story, Jamaican academic Rosalea Hamilton explained her position on wanting to remove the queen as her country’s head of state. “When I think about the queen, I think about a sweet old lady,” she said. “It’s not about her. It’s about her family’s wealth, built on the backs of our ancestors. We’re grappling with the legacies of a past that has been very painful.”

Earlier this year, a trip to Central America and the Caribbean by Prince William and Kate, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, was marked by protests and scorn. In Jamaica, a letter addressed to the couple and signed by dozens of prominent leaders and intellectuals called for a formal apology from Britain, as well as reparations for its legacy of slavery and colonial exploitation in the region.

“We see no reason to celebrate 70 years of the ascension of your grandmother to the British throne because her leadership, and that of her predecessors, have perpetuated the greatest human rights tragedy in the history of humankind,” read the letter.
A different story. Smack.

Tony Abbott 🤣

Australia's second worst Prime Minister this century* decided to reinstate Knights and Dames into the Australian Honours (sic) system, and crowned it by knighting Prince Phillip - making him Sir Prince Phillip.

Widespread criticism and ridicule followed - and the rest as they say, is history. =D>

It has been reported he was particularly attracted by the nearby hole in the ice.

I suppose there is or will be a lift in the mood in Oz with the change in Prime Ministers. We had that with Cindy but that's now gone.

I think I recall correctly that Abbott wanted to meet with the Queen and Duke when he was no longer Prime Minister and the Queen declined to meet him. Abbott's a boofhead.

I saw Paul Barry on Media Watch (youtube) take a look at the various remakes of Peter Dutton. I can't believe the Liberals selected a character such as Dutton to be their leader. The Leader of the Opposition in NZ is a baldy like Dutton but he has a business background. He was chief executive of Unilever Canada and later Air New Zealand. Full of corporate spin.
