UM website problem

Anybody else had problems with Udon Map today? Mine has been very slow and I have had to reload when trying to enter UM several times. My computer is as quick as usual for other internet sites and searches etc.


Here's tae us, wha's like us, damn few, and they're a' deid. Mair's the pity!

Yes.
I have encountered a few issues so far today.
First thing this morning I couldn't get any of the BB codes to work in a reply. Quote, underline Bold etc. I clicked on them & nothing happened.
Now the pages are not completing loading - I can see the page but it is still loading as on this while I am typing now..

That was using Chrome, Windows 7 ultimate on both 3BB & TOT. Not happening on any other site...

The header still the same as the picture even after finishing typing this...

Bob - I've e-mailed Udon Map to see what the problem is.

Been like this since I tried getting in around 8am this morning......keep having to reload the page.
Tried sending a message on the footie forum several times but just wont accept ?
Even when browsing I get the same and have to reload.
Just when I thought our chance had passed,you go and save the best for last.

Thanks for that Zid, useful info...

If anyone has some info to report, e.g. which Internet provider you are using (you can PM me with it), or "I'm on OK now, no issues", "I'm not seeing any issues", "I only just barely got on to see this", "it was slow between the hours of ____, but later it was OK", let us know.

I've been useing both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.
Google Chrome wouldnt let me in at all......Internet Explorer would but I kept having to reload the page for browsing and wouldnt let me submit a message.

Note: It has let me submit 2 messages in the last 10 minutes but in each case I have had to reload the page (useing Internet Explorer).

No problems down Nong Khai-way, on TOT with Chrome, at least as far as UM goes.

Definitely seems isolated to Thailand and we are still trying to determine the actual culprit, as several other sites work fine from here, no issues.

Hi All,

We've done a more extensive check of the issue, and it remains isolated to Thailand, and only some ISP's.

This would indicate routers in country that may have been either taken down, damaged, or otherwise in transition.

We will continue to investigate the issue. Clearly, many of those affected cannot see these messages, or if they can, still have difficulty replying to them. You can email us at the email pictured below.

For those of you that can, continued info by PM or this thread is most welcome.

Managed to log in 3 times on the trot in the last 10 mins (best for about 18hrs), still much slower to do anything, but at least not getting the "failed to load" message.
Using Firefox and Triple T based in Udon

Suspect 747 has tried to stop us all revealing last nights result :-"

UM website problem [OK On True 3G / Home Cable.]

I'm in OK on True 3G SIM / USB stick.

Working great / Screaming fast on Home Cable.

But in TripleT the connection is severely delayed.

Anyone else on another provider and having issues? Anyone on TripleT NOT having issues?

Provide location if possible (so we can isolate which routers of their might be out).
