Plenty of home exercises/treatments for BPPV. I have used them before with great success.

Colossians 2:8-10...See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, which are based on human tradition and the spiritual forces of the world rather than on Christ. For in HIM dwells all the fullness of the GODHEAD bodily; and you are complete in HIM, who is the head of all principality and power.

My GP tried a couple of those manouevres on me, but it just antagonised my dizziness and I just threw up.

It wasn't related to and didn't affect my BP.

Glad to hear it's improving. I usually had to take travel sick meds for a couple of days to help settle things down, and avoid/minimise sudden head movements (like looking left and right at road junctions!)

I suffered vertigo trying to sleep at night so I bought a special head support pillow in Robinsons that did the trick.
Age is a matter of mind.
