Great. I got my 3 shots but my certificate comes out in Thai and I am shown as being a Thai national, which i am not. Any way to change the language to English which i think would be preferable for international travel. Thanks everyone.

This page posted on one of Udon's Thai Facebook pages.......comment with the post says it's what Rajaphat University is using as their shot guide:
The bottom set of boxes shows guidelines for receiving shot #4. As I 'read' the Thai, if Sinovac, Sinovac, Astra......then wait 3 months for either Astra or Pfizer.
If Sinopharm, Sinopharm, Astra, wait 3 months then Pfizer or Astra
If Sinopharm, Sinopharm, Pfizer, wait 3 months then Pfizer

That might have been on page 2, or more likely we're not there yet (in Thailand).

Got my booster today at Rajabhat in town. About 11 a.m., not to busy, just one or 2 people a minute showing up. Only delay was the bureaucracy, had to go to 4 different people before actually getting vaccinated, but works smoothly. Part of the delay was because first 2 shots were Moderna in the UK, so no previous record of me here. Showed passport, UK vaccination certificate and driving licence. They did have a health questionnaire (all in Thai!) so having the wife with me was useful. I expect they could have found someone to tell me what it said, but not needed with her there.

My vaccination certificate is in Thai and English.

No Pfizer available this morning (arriving after lunch), but i volunteered for Astrazeneca - which did surprise them. My thoughts were that with 2 MRNA vaccines already, the Astrazeneca might provide a different stimulus to the Immune system, and actually give me a better response.

So far no side effects.
Well done Udon Thani health services!

Initially it was gazetted as 6 months but (in my case) it was reduced to 4. 2nd shot in Sept-21 and 3rd (Booster) in Jan-22.

Got my 4th shot today at Rajabhat. Quite busy, mainly school age children.
Renewal of vaccine book now takes one week as opposed to 15 minutes previously.

Don't know. CDC says 4 months. I would guess 4 months since the lady at Rajabhat looked at my vaccine book then counted to four on her fingers. My last shot was Dec. 15.

Can anyone provide up-to-date info on where one can receive one's first booster?

2nd round boosters (Pfizer - 4th jab) were being administered in our Tambon Clinic during the last week in July. As the process is now filtering into the villages maybe best to ask your Puai Baan or local clinic.
I had my 4th (Moderna) as well as a Flu shot in Aus in June.

AND:- Enough is enough, no more for me for at least 12 months.

Udon Thani Hospital gives vaccine since they have closed at the University. It is the back of the hospital in some tents. If you start at the roundabout at the main entrance of Nong Prajak Park and go up the road towards Posri Village a few hundred meters it is on your left side. It is the second tent, easy to park.

Yes, I understood it was 4 months between the 3rd and 4th Pfizer shot. Got mine down very quickly at Phen Hospital, having previously been to the Rajaphat. No sign of anyone else waiting, just surrounded by maybe a dozen pregnant women having their check-ups.

Update for booster at Udon Hospital July 2023
The tent alongside the hospital is no longer in use.
The boosters are now given within the hospital on the lower floor close to reception. As you enter the hospital, reception is on your left, slightly to the right are 2 large glass
"bookies windows" To the right of them in the corner is the Covid desk. It's a one women operation.
After filling in your form she goes to the pharmacy for your preferred booster (Pfizer or Moderna)
Comes back and gives you your shot, takes you up to the medical offices on the next floor where your record is updated and printed out
Total time about 30 minutes
Open 0930 closes 1530
