Tamada claims there are many more cases in Nong Bua Lamphu, but unofficial.

I heard that around this time last year, they gave up looking for their first case and have been flat out ever since looking for their second.

Yes, 7 cases my wife says, including one from our most used Tesco express in Baan Udom (Nong Sai road).

Yesterday about sunset, I passed a strip of about 5 shops between hwy. 2 and Kam Kling market which were oddly closed up and roped off. The only sign I noticed was a police logo. Further along the road at Kam Kling market there was a fire truck with lights flashing, and a group of officials, including some in medical-uniforms.The market was also roped off. Looked to me like it was being closed, so I didn’t stop.

Word from the locals today is that covidvwas found in that area. Feel free to consder it an unfounded claim.

Word on the street in Kham Kling is that a youngish woman came home to see her parents in the village from BKK and had Covid , caught at one of the BKK nightspots .
Her parents own the noodle shop in the row which you saw roped off . Here father used to like a drink with the guy who collects the rents daily from the market , whom was confirmed to be infected this morning . so they must be some testing ! so that got closed yesturday as well . This morning a truck with what i would imagine was a tank full of disinfectant , and two guys in full bio gear head to toe turned up to clean the area . Word is the markets shut for at least 3 days .
My Mrs is already in panic mode as she shops there pretty much every day .

If you read the Bangkok Post story from the official Covid council there were 10 new cases reported today from Udon Thani.
So they must be extra to the 9 existing cases wherever that info came from ??.
