Your absolutely correct jackspatt but no need for him to toss it in.jackspratt wrote:I fully sympathize with your mate, Barney.
He should toss that job in, and grab one of the many going begging in the eastern states.
Agree Barney, I dont think anyone with job in hand should toss it in at present, no matter how frustrating it may be, because, as sure as Hell, the competition for the next one (job) is going to be ferocious, no matter how good one thinks they are. The signs look tough for a few years to come.Barney wrote: ↑June 24, 2020, 11:08 amYour absolutely correct jackspatt but no need for him to toss it in.jackspratt wrote:I fully sympathize with your mate, Barney.

It may be his last roster rotation after nearly 6 years on that project.
Sydney and NSW fortunately do have a good amount of large budget construction projects underway or about to commence, I am talking commercial, infrastructure and industrial construction projects. Unfortunately that’s my limit of knowledge.
Do not have knowledge of to many other employment opportunities in the eastern states. I’ve only ever been a poor construction lad.
Might have to head home and take advantage for a final pre pension assault.

Hi Mick
We always give them free passage straight through to Qld for their annual winter break from their bleak climate.noosard wrote:Was told the only good thing about NSW was it kept the vics further away
Nah GT I'm all good. Surrounded by the postcodes in question but not in one. And fancy getting bagged by the mob who gave us Ruby Princess and killed all their old folk in that nursing home. We're all in this together until the chit hits the fan then those from the coward states take up their regular positions trembling with fear behind the couch. Soft coques to the north and west.GT93 wrote: ↑July 1, 2020, 7:43 amGetting the hotel quarantines right isn't easy. I used to live in post code 3039. That's near some of the locked down post codes. Are you soon back in lock down marjamlew?
I wasn't too far from this address:

I don't think I'd dine there. I wouldn't want to dine among Melbourne underworld figures.
Who are the security guards and who are the quarantine hotel guests they were bonking ? I could tell ya but that would be racist
