It looks like I will be flying soon

To transit through Dubai a PCR test is required.

Anyone got tested in Udon Thani or even Bangkok?

Where did you get tested and cost?
How long for results?

Thanks

Johnny

Bangkok Hospital in Udon does the required PCR test. Available 7-days a week but make an appointment. Results received day after the test includes test result but NOT fit-to-fly letter but they will provide that on request at no extra cost if airline needs it. Cost 4500 baht.

I see they're spouting about ivermectin as a prevention drug as its used a lot in Africa and Africans seem to have a high resistance to covid . you can read lots of jargon on the internet about it but unless your a scientist 99% of it is jargon . I've used this pesticide in a form of avermectin/ abermectin . so a quick run down. It works by blocking the nervous system in insects .it does not kill the insect it paralyses the thorax so although the insect can chew the plant it can not swallow . so it dies of starvation . other uses are in pet flea drops and sheep dip. Even the human medical use is normally restricted to one dose per year ,high doses in humans can you to lose the use of your lungs. Expect quite a few deaths as stupid people do stupid things. It might well help although taking doses of pesticides is definitely not recommended . there is a reason its given as a tablet once a year. The good news is its brilliant as a pesticide and seems to kill every insect it comes in contact with
Hansa village clubhouse . Tel 0981657001 https://www.google.co.th/maps/place/Han ... 5851?hl=en

Anything you take in tablet or liquid form for prevention of anything should be endorsed by a Medical Professional. Not the President of the United States , or any other leader whose credentials are not medical . Too many people take what seems to be the 'In ' thing for the moment , risking your health is not a good option as recovery from what you take may be worse than actually catching anything including Covid 19

Over the past 4 months almost all the new infections in Thailand have been returnees testing positive whilst in state quarantine. But in the past 2 weeks there has been 2 local infections – a DJ who was in quarantine at a corrections facility and a Uzbek football player from the Buriram United football team.

Just yesterday it was also reported that a 2 year old Burmese boy tested positive after returning from Thailand. Dr Tanarak says the DDC were investigating the case but “no special measures had been imposed in Ayutthaya province where the boy had stayed before returning to Myanmar”.

AH a question of mine answered by a question of yours. This could indicate one of two things
I am talking to a woman
OR
I am talking with someone who definitely doesnt know what they are talking about.
