I too have been embarrassed to be a British subject, and have been feeling this way since 23rd June 2016. That was when there was a vote on Britain's remaining a member of the European Union. And, for god knows what reason, 52% of those who voted decided to negate our political, cultural, ethnic, linguistic, and ethical history.

But, since yesterday, I have begun to believe in the integrity of our elected representatives.

Statts it does not Matter how long or how Intelligent you are. If you ignore your Constituents who you are suppose to represent you and go against there wishes then you deserve to be dismissed. How ever you like it or not the rebel MPs are Traitors to the government and there Constituent's. How can you trust a member of your staff if there prepared to stab you in the back. Keir Starmer Labour now want a General Election and a delay to Brexit even if it means to January 2020 Corbyn knows if a General Election is forced into not only will he be Hammered at the Ballot Box its possible Farage and the SDLP will join together to defeat him. As for Boris I say well done to kick the rats out.

"In fact their only "crime" is that they were prepared to put their country and constituents first".

That's the trouble statto, they have not. They have put their own personal agenda first before any thought of constituents or Country. What makes you think that they are any more correct, this cabal of self seeking, self important bunch of has been's than the hundreds of other Tory MP's who see the way forward for the UK as no longer in the EU.

I think you might find that this quite a good Photoshop of a photo taken last session of Parliament when JRM was a back bencher during a long and late session in the house. I watched the real video and he was nowhere near the Front Bench. Remainers getting really nasty now.

I think I read somewhere here, where he was described as a smarmy, arrogant, snotty, self-entitled *****.

That photo would seem to confirm it, given the circumstances in which it was taken.

This is how my "Irish Media" see the UK today, remember we are watching this Farce unfold for over 2 years Everyday,Everyday.

I am not slagging the English but they have gone through 3 Prime Ministers in a couple of years and more on the way. If I was in the UK I would revolt big time. What we are waiting for is the UK to formally blame the Irish for this mess. even though we didn't vote to leave the EU. Amazing.

Rees-Mogg looks a pillock. We don't usually here Corbyn on the radio out here in NZ. We are now. This week he seems to be behaving like an adult unlike Rees-Mogg and Johnson's performances in Parliament.

Have i got this right ?
Corbyn and his commy buddies have voted and had passed to stop a no deal brexit , or to leave on 31 oct , but to send Boris to Brussels to seek an extension untill 31 Jan 2020 , in the vain attempt to get a better deal .
So , what are these idiots putting on their Cornflakes in the morning ?
What on earth makes them think ( I use the term loosely ) that Brussels will budge on anything now the only bargaining chip has been taken off the table . :-k

Its NOT a bargaining chip when you cannot under any circumstances afford to use it, and your "opponent" knows that you cant afford to use it [-X

So pray tell if we are too afraid to use it why then are all the socialist parties and about 1% of the Tory party (the has been's) so hell bent on preventing it. To do away with the No Deal option is like confronting a burglar in your home with a hand gun but telling him 'don't worry its not loaded'. Shear stupidity.

Hmmm, where have I heard this logical reasoning before?

Oh yeah ... \:D/

Brittles are taking a page out of Donald's book. But they'll still whine about America doing what they advocate for themselves.

Ah Laughing Boy has arrived. Just when have the UK complained about free trade. What Saint is talking about is the UK subsidises many EU Countries through EU contributions who then sell their goods to the UK to the extent that we import 60% more goods from the EU than we sell to them (the Countries we subsidise) Even to you who's whole purpose in life is to keep the white pillow cases clean, this is just stupid.

Its getting worse instead of better, Now Parliament has refused a general Election and it would appear Boris will now have to go cap in hand to Brussels and ask for an extension to Brexit. The Euro Crats have already said they will not allow an extension. So what next ? People will only take it for so long then they will take to the Streets. Its only a matter of time before Brexit is shelved altogether and the remainers get there way. Never mind what us the public want its all what we want and how much we would lose if we left that's the reason there hell bent of destroying Democracy and ignoring the people who voted for them, not One has said we will fight for you.
