Good points well made. There's absolutely no accounting for the homophobic or the less worldly.
I know they're good points, I made them. There are none more tolerant or liberal than the English, certainly not the Americans.
Yup, English for sure. No humility either. Not one jot.

Oh, for sure, no humility needed when England is the world's go to for liberal policies. If I could then I would not support Trump becoming president again. I'd much rather have someone like Bernie Sanders.

Warnock favoured to win Dec 6 that gives a 51 to 49 majority in Senate.

He's a white, heterosexual businessman with a measure of success. That chimes alot with Americans from the Bible Belt and the Mid-West who see him as effective opposition to their Woke Left.
Yeah, I love those Bible Belt hypocrites. Love to impose their "moral" values on the rest of the country when it suits them, as in their stands on abortion, same sex marriage, etc., but when it comes to Trump's "grab 'em by the pussy" attitude toward women, his misogyny and his marital unfaithfulness, they seem to have no problem.

Off topic but for a stunning example of England's global leadership in all things liberal, look no further than the shiny, new, all singing, all dancing Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022.

If you think that's a work of art then OF COURSE you'd like Bernie Sanders.

On this subject. KP is spot on the money. After 2024 we might have interesting comments but without Orange Blob it might be very tame

My question (read it again) was more directed at his borderline illiterate musings (read them again), rather than his sentiments.

Oh Lord, no, I'm not having this. You're Captain Bligh to my Fletcher Christian, a James Cagney to my Henry Fonda in Mr Roberts. We prowl as naked wrestlers around the dining room like Alan Bates and Ollie Reed in Women in Love. You can't just do an about turn and agree with me. Your job is to delete Westers' posts and redact the difficult quiz questions I pose. To have you agree with my politics is to make this forum...grey.

Man, that sucks. I just trashed a chunk of change on Christmas cards and postage. Too late for this year, but I should be able to pick them up soon at the 15,115 Dollar Stores around the US.

Well that was a very expensive "pussy grab" by the world's most prolific liar.
Donald Trump found liable for sexually abusing writer E Jean Carroll in civil trial

Former US president Donald Trump sexually abused magazine writer E Jean Carroll and then defamed her by branding her a liar, a jury in a civil trial has decided, but the jurors found he did not rape her.

The nine-member jury in Manhattan federal court awarded Ms Carroll about $US5 million ($7.4 million) in compensatory and punitive damages.......
