Look here now. The reason I no longer squat on the floor to eat with the tribe is because, after 20 minutes of that nonsense, my old hips make it hard to get up again. And they were the ones that bought the plastic lawn chair that I sit on, not me.

My old friend (RIP) bought one of those plastic chairs with armrests. He cut the legs off enough that he could sit and cross his legs in front of him Thai style. Using the arm rests, he was able to get up by himself. Wherever he went the chair went with him in the back of his pickup truck.

^ I used to see a couple of these older guys on their modified lawn chairs, dining with the family on Ban Saray beach on weekends. I was still spry enough to lounge about on the bamboo mats on the sand so I always thought how infinitely practical it was. However, I also thought that if I ever needed one of those on the beach, then the days of my beach trips would be over.

Mrs tam has been a genius and seeing my frequent wobbliness after a protracted squat and graze and not wanting to suggest that I am a creaking old fossil, surreptitiously started serving me and my oldest lad first, seated at the small table on the patio.

I have to confess to keeping one of these in the boot of the car in the UK.
Fantastic for my ageing bones when Mrs N wanted to sit on the floor for an impromptu picnic. Wish I’d got one here

Barney,

Anybody that believes in these conspiracies is inane, I will not list them all, but just a couple of examples.

1. On Jan 6, troops were going to overturn the election and arrest Biden, Obama and Clinton.
2. Mike Pompeo flew to Italy to arrest the Italian President. Italy had a military grade satellite fly over the USA on voting day that wirelessly hacked into voting machines to change votes from Trump to Biden. (as an IT professional I can state categorically that this is technically impossible)
3. On inauguration day, Trump was going to seize power using the National Guard and arrest Biden then declare himself President for the second term.
4. 'The Kraken' theory from Sidney Powell was real and she was going to prove massive voter fraud perpetrated by the long dead Venezuelan dictator Chavez.

On that basis, the term inane is accurate.

Trawling thru and investigating the posts in an independent way i can say ,, really Whizzy ...please its time to leave this alone unless you are so potless you need the bet money .. FFS its over , give to charity 55 you saond like some lefty snowefalke dipstick .
Your constant prolonged wonky eyed projections and slander really must stop , support from Ken n Mozzie aside (both bidenites ) you really appear to be a prize plum ... in bannork plumsville taking care of all those poor isan folk .including the local hardware shop mafia lady

i can only say thru my experience Mick is a really nice guy .. nice familyman , no way a bullshiter in any way...and if i was in his postion i wouldnt give you the steam of one of my early morning dry docking shits ..

Btw .. GPS for my location can be provided if you wish to meet n kill my budgie ..

DM

What the hell, thought we were clear...............I just call it like I see it. However, if you're just talking about selection between Trump and Biden................yea, I'd heavily lean towards Biden.

Same goes for selecting between Whistler and micko, history doesn't show Whistler making (really crazy claims) false statement to near the extent of micko.

As far as micko, being a nice guy....family guy (going to leave out bullshitter, as history reflects differently) think there are a few serial killers in prison whose friends/relatives described them in the same way (bit of a stretch, but you get my point).

See, just calling it like I see it (using previous posts, as a references).

Guys and gals, let it go now. The horse is dead. Mick is never going to pay out his wager, DM thinks he is a great guy, I think otherwise.

Nothing is going to change those view, so let's let this thread die.

It is you who has dragged this thread to a low standard.
Last couple of days posting a half dozen times or more. About something you think should end.

The 2024 election is getting close Who is going to run?
Based on age Biden would be 81 years old, Trump 78 Is it time for someone with a new fresh look out? Rumors have been rumbling with the name Michelle Obama

Thanks for that. To me it's just another wrong person, wrong place, wrong time and wrong job decision. Both parties are bereft of realistic choices. Both parties seem to have no issues with promoting a dynastic approach to national leadership while voicing discontent with other nations that have trod that path.

Michelle Obama apparently has a huge presence on Netflix and Spotify. If that's considered a critical factor for choosing a US presidential candidate, lord help us.

Not a lot of outstanding options on the horizon.

Dems: Harris, Buttitig, Obama.

GOP. Cruz, Di Santos.

Nothing super inspiring. This far out Obama V's Do Santos looks a possibility.

I would suggest there is little real chance of the Orange Souffle of rising again, a host of reasons.

One unbackable prediction, I will not make a bet with anybody without money being lodged up front in trustworthy hands

Yes, she is a perfect candidate for Buffalo's offensive line to offer protection for the former Wyoming quarterback.

Whatever happens we will see the unintelligent vying to out perform , telling the truth as they see it . Those who favour a democratic outcome will be sorely tested by idiots , morons and downright liars of all persuasions . Unless it is fixed the Good Old USA will be broken for years with partisan politics framing the downfall of a great nation which by the way is NO Longer the Greatest country in the world .
More so when you have an EX PRESIDENT championing a Autocratic Dictator like PUTIN Says a lot about the GOP !!!!
