ANOTHER INDICATOR OF THE US ECONOMY AND ITS VOLATILITY

Thursday is National Tooth Fairy Day, a made-up holiday celebrated twice a year on Feb. 28 and Aug. 22.

In 2018, the Tooth Fairy paid an average of $3.70 per tooth – a 43-cent decline from the previous year's average of $4.13 – almost $1 less than the 2016 average, the poll found. More than 1,000 parents of children ages 6-12 nationwide participated.

RECESSION. RECESSION, RECESSION is likely to replace the media's RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA obsession.

NEW YORK (AP) — About six in 10 Americans disapprove of President Trump's overall job performance, according to a new poll released Thursday by The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research, which finds some support for the president's handling of the U.S. economy but gives him weak marks on other major issues.

Just 36% of Americans approve of the way Trump is handling his job as president; 62% disapprove.

The numbers may be ugly for a first-term president facing reelection in 14 months, but they are remarkably consistent. Trump's approval rating has never dipped below 32% or risen above 42% in AP-NORC polls since he took office. By comparison, President Barack Obama's approval never dropped below 40% in polling by Gallup.

Donald Donald If you keep this up you will have to go to Time Out for fibbing

"Trump claim doctors treating mass shooting victims 'were coming out of operating rooms' to meet him dismissed by hospital
The Independent Tom Embury-Dennis

A hospital in El Paso has denied Donald Trump’s claim doctors “were coming out of operating rooms” to meet him when he travelled to Texas and Ohio to console victims of two mass shootings.

"At no time did, or would, physicians or staff leave active operating rooms during the presidential visit,” University Medical Center spokesperson Ryan Mielke told local TV station KVIA. “Our priority is always patient care."

Another disgusting or is it absurd? comment

Don't forget RACIST, RACIST, RACIST and HITLER, HITLER, HITLER and RAPIST, RAPIST, RAPIST.

Democrats have nothing to improve the US economy and the life of American workers on Main Street. It's still always 24/7 GET TRUMP. I also notice that none of them have any idea what to do with China other than capitulate and keep getting screwed. Today's Democrats are proving what has been alleged for quite some time: they know nothing about economics and growing the economy.

Interesting story of one of the Dem POTUS candidates calling out his party of cheerleaders for recession.

John Delaney ratted out his competitors for POTUS. He told the AP in Iowa that Dem candidates were guilty of "cheering on a recession because they want to stick it to Trump.”

Gee, I said the same thing. Now Delaney verifies it.

Delaney has been the candidate who warned Democrats that they can't promise things that can't be delivered and that proposing things that are bad for the country are sure to fail in general election vs Trump.

Delaney:
“I don’t want a recession because I don’t want these workers in here to face a recession.”
Democrat radicals won't tolerate this kind of honesty. Delaney's candidacy will probably end soon.

Omar and Tlaib hate Jews. Their words and texts are all one needs to know this. They promoted a bill in Congress that called for a boycott of all Jewish products. It failed miserably. Only 17 Democrats in the House voted for it. 398 other House members -- Democrats and Republicans voted against it.

The US Congress sponsored a bipartisan trip to Israel this month. Numerous members of Congress went together from both parties. Omar and Tlaib didn't go. They decided to go separately and were sponsored by a group that glorifies Islamic terror. There was also no reference in their itinerary to Israel -- only Palestine.

The country of Israel blocked them from coming because there is an Israeli law that bars anyone supporting Israeli boycotts. Those two had done so.

Tlaib sent a letter to Israel begging to come on humanitarian grounds to visit her grandmother, who is 90 years-old. Tlaib promised in her letter that she would adhere to Israeli law and cause any problems. She only wanted to visit her grandmother. Israel granted her request.

The next day, Tlaib threw it back in Israel's face and said she would not go because of the all the restrictions placed upon her by Israel. However, Israel didn't place any restrictions on her. Tlaib placed those restricitions on herself in her letter to Israel.

Bill Maher, comedian and talk show host (and DIE HARD LIB), blasted the pair for their "purity" tests. Tlaib responded by calling for viewers to boycott Maher's show. Maher ridiculed Tlaib for being a one-trick pony with boycotts and asked her when they were going to boycott their own Democrat party for voting DOWN (398-17) their boycott of Israel.

All of that said, the Democrat leadership is embracing these antisemites. Not good. This crop of Democrats never fails to reach a new level of stupidity when 2 of the four Harpies of Hate are now faced with the hypocrisy of not boycotting their own party. 55555

Trade tension is sapping growth in Asia’s export-dependent economies, sparking calls for looser monetary and fiscal policies. Nations such as Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand are also vying to lure investment from manufacturers seeking to escape U.S. tariffs on imports from China.

The 10 firms moving some manufacturing to Thailand include Sony, Sharp Corp., Harley-Davidson Inc. and Delta Electronics Inc. Most have finalized locations near Bangkok or in the Eastern Economic Corridor development zone on the east coast of Thailand, according to the economic and social development agency.
Wait. What?

Trump's tariffs are actually forcing companies to leave China and restructure their supply chains? It's true? Damn.

I've seen reports that China has lost about 2 million jobs. I've also seen other reports that indicate that China is shifting their import priority from minerals used in manufacturing to the acquisition of food and agriculture products. China needs to feed its people -- especially the rising numbers of unemployed.

This shift from mineral imports to food has affected mining in Africa. China's import demand is drying up on the Dark Continent. African mining companies are shutting down.

For about 18 months, China has been setting their currency ablaze to offset US tariffs. One way is by spending boatloads of cash to subsidize industries impacted by US tariffs. The other way is by lowering the value of their currency to reduce the impact of the tariffs.

If reports indicate that things are very bad in China (worst economy in 27 years), you can bet it's much worse than very bad. The world never really knows the truth of what's going on there.

All of this was happening before China increased tariffs on US imports. China's action on Friday is just further evidence that they have no intention of moving toward free & fair trade. China continues their practices of the past three decades.

The Democrat National Committee originally intended to have one entire debate focus on man-made climate change. They announced this week that they have changed their mind. Quite surprising since all the candidates claim that mmcc is an existential threat to the US, will end the world as we know it in a decade, and is very high on their list of plans to waste trillions of US dollars.

I guess they figured out that they wouldn't be able to explain how they plan to slow/stop/reverse it with MORE TAXES.

Another bad sign for Sleepy Joe Biden.

Monmouth Polling director Patrick Murray says during their survey in Iowa that he did not run across one Biden supporter who was excited about Biden's candidacy. They all felt that they had to vote for a centrist candidate like Biden in the primary or lose the general election because the other candidates are so far left that they're unelectable and can't beat Trump.

It doesn't surprise me.

Jewish groups are rallying to Trump's defense.

During the week, the Republican Jewish Coalition released a statement backing Trump's views of Jews who vote for Democrats as Trump simply "pointing out the obvious."

Sheldon Adelson:
"We take the President seriously, not literally. President Trump is pointing out the obvious: for those who care about Israel, the position of many elected Democrats has become anti-Israel. When Tlaib and Omar talk loyalty, they're questioning American Jews' loyalty to the United States. President Trump is talking about caring about the survival of the Jewish state."

And the Trumpster, self appointed Dictator in Chief, has ORDERED U.S. Companies to leave China. If he gets reelected I fear the consequences for the U.S., both economically and the U.S. Constitution.

If Trump feels he is going to lose reelection, he will have no qualms about taking down the US economy, to spite those who oppose him. The melt down seems to have begun........why would he joke about a falling market...
