What area, Barney?

It's always going to be easier - and probably cheaper - to buy local.

Your right mr spratt.
Nong Samrong or north.
Have a local guy. But not sure he can level to a specific survey.
It’s 300 mtr x 85 mtr area.
Almost accurate levels will be critical.

Hi Barney

I normally look for a local guy driving a Kubota tractor down the road or ploughing up a rice field.

Often they have access to a front blade, bought or homemade or stolen

Last time I had the use of one, I think the going rate for one to clear and near flatten one rai of rice land, was about
TB 2,500 all up, that is, if he can manage to drive it from his place to your's without getting a speeding ticket. \:D/

That's one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind.
