Mitsubishi water pump

Post by kakariki » March 5, 2022, 1:27 pm

Is there someone in Udon who services Mitsubishi pumps and has parts. Mine is leaking from the outlet flange as the face is damaged, or am I better to just buy a new one.
Thanks Barry

I obviously do not know the model of your pump but I bought this part on Lazada last year as my tank had rotted out (6 years old). Many Mitsubishi parts listed.

I also refurbished our 15 year old water pump with parts from Lazada and an excellent shop on Phosri, between the Surakan lights and the fountain. I did buy a new pump and installed it to keep things moving but the refurbished one has been used elsewhere since and is kept as a spare.

When I had a pump with a leaking gland , I was informed by a good friend a farang with immense welding experience , if the tank is leaking then welding it again will only increase the like-hood of it leaking elsewhere as it ( mthe tank ) was already compromised.

I have had Mitsubishi for over 20 years, still have one working for 18 years. , once they go wrong and unless the part you are replacing is visible, taking it apart is not recommended . However if you have the time, the expertise and the patience of Job, then by all means give it a go
