starting today in some countries you will be able to apply for your thai visa online , no need to go embassy/consulate
Only 8 countries currently have the e-Visa Thailand dematerialized service, namely: France, United Kingdom, China, United States, Canada, South Korea, Denmark, Norway and Sweden.From November 2021, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Finland, the Netherlands and Switzerland are expected to benefit from the e-Visa system. Countries to which Australia, New Zealand and the rest of Europe are expected to join in early 2022. ...

thanks for the heads up... Let's hope any COE requirements go away whenver they drop the quarantine requirement for fully vaccinated tourists.

Plans to reduce the ASQ for fully vaccinated from 14 days to 7 days starting in October. Then eliminate ASQ for the fully vaccinated starting in November.

I am pretty sure that the MFA's verification and insurance will still be part of this plan as the COE procedure seems pretty bulletproof and easy to obtain these days.
