Thai Elite Card Membership
It’s the visa with a 2,000,000 THB membership fee. Have you looked into it and considered the long term costs vs. visa advantages ? Any experience and personal feedback is welcome.
Re: Thai Elite Card Membership
Right now, Elite Visa holders don't have a fast-track re-entry to Thailand.
Beyond that, it's just a long-term Tourist visa with benefits like airport fast-track, limo and no green fees that some Bangkok frequent fliers, residents and golfers may find rewarding.

What about 90 day reports and owning properties in Thailand ?
Re: Thai Elite Card Membership
According to Immigration Bureau of Thailand, Thailand Elite Members are still required to do a 90-Day Report if continuously staying in the country without leaving for over 90 days.leterry60614 wrote: ↑July 20, 2020, 7:05 pmWhat about 90 day reports and owning properties in Thailand ?

It doesn't enable a foreigner's rights to Thai property (condo only) ownership over any other visa. However, at least two property developers have included Thai Elite Visa status as a sweetener in their condo sales packages.
Re: Thai Elite Card Membership
This is for the ELITE and those who have more money than they know what to do with. When it first came out, I researched it. When I saw the price, I quickly forgot about it. The benefits certainly cannot justify the cost especially since you still have to do 90 day reports. You won't live long enough for any payback.
Re: Thai Elite Card Membership
I have only seen it as an advantage to anyone who is not married or over 50 yo to stay long term in Thailand. Otherwise it seems like an extravagance and money you'll never get back. ^ Yes, a shiny bauble or gewgaw for the younger, single man. A frippery with no obvious benefits versus cost.

And or for the wealthy people from Hong Kong, who might need an escape Pod

Not worth 2 jerk of "Rocking Horse Shilt"! IMHO anyone even considering wasting their money on this worthless piece of plastic needs to have their meds reassessed! As has been the case since it was introduced some 7 years ago!

In my posts all fees and requirements are the standard R&R but TIT and a brown envelope can make incredible changes YMMV.

Re: Thai Elite Card Membership
This visa is especially for single people under 50 years of age who cannot get a long term retirement visa or marriage visa, and who want to stay in Thailand for a longer time. For these ppl the visa is very usefull.Bandung_Dero wrote: ↑July 21, 2020, 3:47 pmNot worth 2 jerk of "Rocking Horse Shilt"!
