Just checking all options another visa agent said 15000 for 3 months O Visa but need to submit this week if wanted. If borders around Thailand don't open up and planes not flying expect another months grace. Time will tell no point to worry what will be will be. I just heard where I work in Kazakhstan half the city have the virus and each day getting worse so don't expect to travel back to work anytime soon either

A nice SRT ride. It looks as if No.26 is running along with 2 others.

Well that's the question, will Udon Immigration issue a 90 day NON O. It can be done, but just thru a Visa service, which seems odd. is it legal or not, and if it is, can we apply for it at immigration. I feel like I am running around in circles already!!
I did this at another IO, so it should be same as Udon. It was a few years ago, I arrived on a 30 day visa exempt, got a 90 day NON IMM O for 2000THB at the IO and have been extending each year ever since for 1900THB per year extension plus all the documents required to extend.

You did not upload any forms or links to the forms just names.
If you DAGS for the page you can get
https://immigrationbangkok.com/thailand ... ion-forms/
This shows in English, as it’s not an immigration site the freshness of the forms is not sure.

An official link to the region 2 download area is
https://division2.immigration.go.th/download/
This is in Thai, you can change the language for the download but will need to either read Thai or use a translation to know the form you need. Some are PDFs others are Exel or Word documents

One of the Thai visa pages is
https://forum.thaivisa.com/files/catego ... ion-forms/
The Thai visa downloads are of various qualities
Another page is here https://forum.thaivisa.com/topic/631223 ... templates/

I did it at Bangkok Chaeng Wattana IO, but it should be doable at any IO in the country as its the same law everywhere.

Udon immigration will accept TM86 & TM87 forms if you are eligible for the Visa, I have posted the requirements in the past.

So the only way to ensure that you can stay is to go with the visa service, and then if they decide to extend things you are spending money for nothing.

That's about right, but I expect they will have a grace period or borders will be opened. They also advised get a letter from your embassy and You can extend by 30 days then get a Non immigrant O visa. Contacted UK embassy who replied by email saying you don't need a letter and some areas of Thailand interpretate the laws differently haha Los sure. I wouldn't worry to much there will be options available I'm sure

Any option that involves crossing a border will more than likely mean a mandatory quarantine, and of course any travelling increases risk of contracting the virus.

Eliminate the imponderables that nobody has any control over, namely

1 ) Amnesty extension by Thai Immigration or otherwise.

2 ) Borders reopening or otherwise.

3 ) Restoration of international flights or otherwise.

4 ) Thai Embassies and Consulates having totally different requirements for any given visa application than before.

Pursue the only viable option available at the present time, namely

5 ) Get an agent to obtain you a legitimate Immigration approval that will actually allow you to stay here, no pressure.
