Meeting of Big Bike and Big Truck

I didn't spend much time on translating the fine print.....but according to the big truck driver, the big bike driver made a quick lane change from the right hand lane to the left lane in order to enter a gas station. The truck slammed on his brakes and ended up overturned......along with the big bike driver who dumped his bike.
