Noticed there was no signs to restrict pedestrians, so I suppose the guy who was walking next to the centre lane wall facing oncoming traffic yesterday morning was perfectly within his rights.. Would have thought being tunnel side of the wall would have been safer than wandering along the fast lane though

anyone know why the tunnel was closed Monday evening 16:30 - 17:00 ish

I heard they were cleaning up a wandering pedestrian that got squashed.

Not what I heard - I understand they were waiting for a 3 storey house to pass through.

That would be 3x 1.66m high storey house I presume (to avoid the height limit)
