I believe in letting one's own immune system face these challenges but if there's evidence that the already fully vaccinated over 60's do need another shot, I'll add that to the list.
Given that you believe in letting the immune system work by itself, your decision depends greatly on how you define "need", no?
Depends on the evidence presented by health authorities of the perceived "need". Right now the NHS simply says I am of the age demographic that they have determined needs the fourth jab. I'm not convinced and not following their recommendation.

You should have the fourth, especially at your age. I had mine just the other week. I caught the Chinese 'flu last August and it played havoc with my training schedule. I couldn't shift the cough for ages despite being Covid negative.

Strange how it affects people differently. I got it end of August also and never coughed once, just very runny nose and weak for a couple of days, did test. Took about 6 weeks to get my fitness back, or maybe it was just the Udon heat and humidity. Wife says she was positive yesterday, so have to wait and see again.

China is likely experiencing 1 million Covid infections and 5,000 virus deaths every day as it grapples with what is expected to be the biggest outbreak the world has ever seen, according to a new analysis.

The situation could get even worse for the country of 1.4 billion people.
