After googling spurtle and confirming what Tamada taught us..., tomorrow I might try stirring counter clockwise, with my left hand, and using a spoon, and see if it changes anything.

Well MY own "spurtle"is not made for porridge,but for other more enjoyable moments with my other half..;-)
