No comment from the Udonmap Leftwing Loonies regarding the signing of the Abraham Accord. From the acorn grows the oak tree.

Don't forget to include the views of the Palestinians, who are the forgotten party in this "deal".

Don't you mean Hezbollah and Iran, Khun Jack? They are the important actors in Palestine.

Let's hope something positive does grow out of this new détente - but for all parties concerned. It may mean that the displaced and subjugated Palestinians need to rely less on bad actors such as Hezbollah and Iran to get their message across to the world.
As for oak trees, I haven't noticed much growth since Israel established similar relationships with Egypt (1979) and Jordan (1994).

Re: Abraham Accord
The reporting of the younger generations in Israel, Egypt, Jordan and now UAE are not being hell bent on holding and emulating the hatred that has existed in the region for generations gives some hope that this accord and other future accords have a chance of bringing peace to the region
Re: Abraham Accord
I'm not optimistic about the Accord or that part of the world. There are still lots of tyrants and nutters running countries out that way.
