Dairy is the #1 source of saturated fat in the American diet
We all have heard about the horrors of saturated fat and it seems that highly processed foods like Oreos tend to shoulder the blame for injecting this cholesterol-raising fat into our diets.

However, the more common culprit is dairy. In fact, milk and other dairy products are the number one source of saturated fat in the American diet. Specifically, the dairy found on pizza and in cheese, as these are the foods most often consumed by Americans.

Dairy has been linked to higher risks for some cancers
Research has found that increased consumption of milk does not correlate with stronger bones, contrary to what commercials may lead us to believe. In fact, dairy has actually been linked to higher risks of many cancers, especially breast cancer and prostate cancer.

A 2017 study funded by the National Cancer Institute found that women who consumed the most American, cheddar, and cream cheeses had a 53% higher risk for breast cancer.

Another study found that men who ate three or more servings of dairy a day had a 141% higher risk of death due to prostate cancer compared to men who consumed less than one serving.

How do they know what will be produced between now & Dec 2022?

One would assume the war effort may effect the production of Ruskie mines

Who
WOOD BUFFALO NATIONAL PARK IN ALBERTA
Where
CANADA (WOOD BUFFALO NATIONAL PARK)
When
2007
The longest beaver dam in the world measures some 850 m (2,788 ft) long. It is located in the far south of Wood Buffalo National Park in Alberta, Canada. This massive structure, which is more than twice the length of the Hoover Dam, was first spotted in 2007 by researcher Jean Thie (Canada) while studying satellite photos of the region. Its existence was confirmed by rangers from Parks Canada, who took pictures from a helicopter in May 2010. After reviewing old satellite and aerial photos, Thie concluded that the dam is the work of several generations of beavers, who have probably been working at the site since the mid-1970s.
The beaver dam passed unnoticed for such a long time because it is located around 80 km from the nearest human settlement – Fort Chipewyan – deep within the wetlands that lie between the Peace Athabasca Delta and the Birch Mountain Highlands. It wasn't visited by a human until September 2014, when American adventurer Rob Mark trekked some 200 km through what the national park's spokesman described as "incredibly inhospitable territory" battling giant mosquitos and bad weather to reach the dam.

Flush toilet
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
"Water closet" redirects here. For the room in a house with only a toilet, see Toilet (room). For rooms labelled "W.C.", see Public toilet.
Flush toilets can be designed for sitting or squatting. Top: A flush toilet, with cistern, designed for sitting; Bottom: A squat toilet, with water tank for flushing (Wuhan, China)[1][2]
A flush toilet (also known as a flushing toilet, water closet (WC) – see also toilet names) is a toilet that disposes of human waste (principally urine and feces) by using the force of water to flush it through a drainpipe to another location for treatment, either nearby or at a communal facility, thus maintaining a separation between humans and their waste. Flush toilets can be designed for sitting (in which case they are also called "Western" toilets) or for squatting, in the case of squat toilets. Most modern sewage treatment systems are also designed to process specially designed toilet paper. The opposite of a flush toilet is a dry toilet, which uses no water for flushing.

Flush toilets are a type of plumbing fixture and usually incorporate an "S", "U", "J", or "P" shaped bend called a trap that causes water to collect in the toilet bowl to hold the waste and act as a seal against noxious sewer gases. Most flush toilets are connected to a sewerage system that conveys waste to a sewage treatment plant; where this is not available, a septic tank or composting system may be used. When a toilet is flushed, the wastewater flows into a septic tank, or is conveyed to a treatment plant.[3]

Associated devices are urinals, which dispose of male urine, and bidets, which use water to cleanse the anus, perineum, and genitals after using the toilet.

Safety For Flights
Reason for this rule is that if the aircraft had to be evacuated, there would be no tables down impeding the evacuation. Similarly, with all seats upright, it is much easier to get out of your seat into the aisle and get out of the aircraft quickly.

Those who might covertly recline their seat again after the crew have checked and possibly helped to move the seat upright could actually end up slowing down an evacuation. The person in the seat behind you may not be able to get out in an emergency.

Keeping seat backs upright helps with a rapid evacuation.
Headphones
Although probably eager to get into the latest movie on the entertainment system or to listen to relaxing music to forget about the flight, passengers are requested to wait until after take off to use their headset. If any emergency situation occurs during taxi, take off and landing, passengers need to hear announcements or commands from the cabin crew as clearly as possible. Some airlines are stricter on this than others, and sometimes passengers will also be asked to remove their headphones or to hand them to the crew prior to landing checks.

Being able to hear instructions from the crew is essential in any emergency situation.
Window blinds
The sunlight might be in the passenger's eyes, or they may want to sleep, but if the cabin crew ask them to open the window blind before take off and landing it's for good reason. It not only allows for the passenger to adjust their vision to the outside light (in case of emergency evacuation, so they can see as clearly as possible) but also allows the cabin crew to see conditions outside the aircraft. For example, they may be able to assess weather conditions, distance to landing or see if there is an engine fire.

Store belongings away
During the safety check, passengers may be asked to put their bag under the seat in front or in the overhead storage. The reason for this is that take-off and landing are done at speeds of around 250 km/h (150 mph), which is pretty darn fast! In the event of a crash, emergency stop or other disruption, loose items can become projectiles and can cause injuries to the individual and passengers around them.

When the seatbelt sign is on, take note.
Seat belt sign
Ignore the seat belt sign at your peril! It means that it is no longer safe to stand, walk around, go to the lavatory or sit without the seatbelt fastened. During the flight there may be turbulence, and you don't want to end up hitting the roof. And when landed, just because the aircraft is now on the ground it doesn't mean it's immediately safe to remove your luggage from the overhead locker or let a child out of their seat into the aisle; taxiing is still a dangerous time.

The cabin crew have to check that the cabin is as safe as possible, before reporting to the senior crew member and the captain that the cabin is secure. They will scan their area and check that tray tables are up, seat backs are upright, seat belts are on and that any cabin baggage is safely stowed away. This is necessary to ensure that, in the event of an emergency on landing, the passengers have the best chance of evacuating the aircraft as quickly as possible.

So although as a passenger these things may seem annoying or trivial during the flight, the cabin crew are doing what they can to protect you in an emergency.
