Virtually any welding shop can make up Security Grills for you. Some of the usual big places like Global House, DoHome, Thai Watsadu may have ready made ones.

when I had Windsor Windows installed at our place they referred me out to a company that came, measured and built custom grills (to our design) for the windows. I don't have contact info but Windsor Windows should. Located heading into town about 25 meters past AEK Udon Hospital entrance on the left.
