There is a young couple living just off Adunyadet road making Issan sausages from their home... They are delicious... 10 baht per link... Your buying fresh from the manufacturer... it doesn’t get any better than that...

Nice, thank you, and know where at, and drive by quite often, just not that side soi. On the way to BHC, if that helps anyone.

Sausages abound, and pretty much down to personal choice. Plenty vendors about, and if wanting to try sponsors, simply use search, "sausage" and should come up with a few options. Some fresh made, some re-packed, some direct sales of maybe the producer. I make my own, as most offered geared toward UK palette, and get extremely mixed reviews....

Just buy as little as possible when testing, unless you have dog that doesn't mind.......crap.....

I think most negative reviews are from the competition, as the UT business world getting a wee bit........back stabbish, as opposed to when everyone helpful in years past. Oh well.

i,ve noticed most packs of sausages ( 500 gms ) come in 5,s , and even i can work out thats 100 gm each , but it does,nt work out well for my cooking , 2 for your breakfast with the rest of the trimings is enough , i dont like cooking 2 lots of 2 then a single sausage or 3 then a 2 .... can you not make each sausage 125 gms so 4 in a pack or each sausage 83 gms so 6 in a pack ??? it would help me out no end ...

Just a note to say that all our beef & pork products are exactly the same as those used in our restaurant menu, full details including prices and pictures are on facebook or of course at our restaurant.

Please refer to our price list on the forum 12 May for take home frozen.
Like us, do you wonder why it is that some suppliers do not have a price list !

Seriously..............

.......... do you know where everyone's sausages are sourced from. Fresh would mean.......what ??? As fairly a relative term for a processed product. Freshly slaughter, freshly processed, shipping chilled frozen, in 30 - 40 degree heat. Stored how ??? For how long ???

If anyone wants fresh, they better learn how to make their own, but no guarantee that the pork they are using is fresh, slaughtered when, kept how, frozen already.

So now are we expected for the sponsors to say, theirs are fresher, better, healthier, more hygienic............Really.

Simply offer them up, say IMO, "we have some of the best sausages, give them a try"...... and IMHO, any other ridiculous statements are simply marketing, and takes away from credibility. IMO

Let the flavor, pricing, value and customer preference be the selling point. Mine is fresher, better than yours, IMO, not the best way to go.

Actually still waiting on ball park pricing of products. Just ball park, That would be a great selling point. IMO.

Agree I don't get the secrecy of prices. If a business won't advertise the price I won't bother shopping there. Well done Ken for advertising with prices.
You can crap on all you like about how good your product is but at the end of the day people buy a product for a combination of taste and price.
Instead of having s pissing Comp it'd be good gor all the sausage Guru's to lay it on the line with price, ingredients, flavours available etc
