Simple to make,plenty of homemade recipes on the web. Small pump spray bottles bottles may be found in most make up sections of Big C, Tesco. Can even use an nasal spray bottle to make it look inconspicuous.

I Very much doubt if it is illegal for a Thai to Carry / Use it for their protection at least, But for Farangs I Would say it's a BIG No-No.....

Most Thais that know have an almost superhuman tolerance for all things hot, peppery, fiery and spicy. Probably not on their eyeballs though. Might need industrial strength pepper spray however, just in case they are wearing glasses or a visored moto-cy helmet.
