Hi, everyone... Mircardis hbp pills...dose anyone know where the cheapest place to buy please?

I was quoted bht 65.00 per pill...Talk about expensive...Talk about overcharging...About $2.05 ea...or, $60.30 per month at a hospital in Udon...I only pay $24.00 per pack of 30 pills at the chemist in OZ... What a rip-off these private hosp are in Thailand...

Is there anyone buying cheaper in Thailand and where please? Cheers, Mudguard..

Cant help with cheaper, but I brought them in OZ and expected them to be some what cheaper here,I got a bit of surprise to find them Much the same price, brought thu a mate who has relative in the retail business here.
May be some one else have a better source.

Same here. I have prostate problem (BPH)
I am prescribed "OCAS" and "Avadart" works out 36 baht /47 baht a pill
Even on sale online same price or more.
I am told "Saw palmetto" herbal pills work OK.
Half the price or less. Anyone ever tried ?

Tried them for three months didn't seem to work. The main ingredient in the drugs you list is Doxazosin.My pharmacist is opposite the Tessabahn Nung market and she switched me to one called Cazosin with the same ingredient but much cheaper over three years ago now. just 2mg, working a treat .

Micardis Plus 80mg/25mg $31.52 for 28 tablets in Oz June 2014. Don't know about Thailand, sorry.

But " Harnal Ocas" is Tamsulosin its to relax the muscles surrounding the Prostate.
Avadart contains dutasteride to shrink the prostate.
There is some debate about Saw palmetto. seems work for some not for others.
Its never been researched enough to prove effective. I will try it anyway

You might try Udon Hospital . First, You would need to ask the pharmacy(Drug Room) if the hospital has that drug and how much would it cost. If they have it you would need to see a doctor ( you would need to register first) and get a prescription.

Same pharmacy I use. Green front, Chinese balls hanging outside. They are always very, very busy. I take Fortzaar 100/25. It is 850 baht there for box of 30 pills. Elsewhere 1,000 baht, or more. Sorry, can't find the card with their phone number. I THINK it's S & S Pharmacy. Grid N15 on Udon Map, no more than 100 meters off Phosri Rd.

I buy my Micardis 4omg in the Philippines, cost 25 pesos or about US$.58 cents.
