Hello all,
Im looking for rental properties in the Udon Thani area.
Preferably in the Ban Chang / Na-Di / Airport area with 3 bedrooms as we have three young children and my daughters school is in the area. Part or fully furnished is no issue.
Hoping to pay up 10-12,000 pcm (we're currently paying 14,000 a month for the same description on a one year contract which ends at the end of January)
Any assistance, advise or contacts would be much appreciated. We;re trying to avoid agents as they seem to be more hassle than dealing directly with owners.

I hope somebody can help. I am also looking for a place to stay in Udon, preferably in the Nong Prajak park area, but open to other areas nearby. I am looking for a 2/3 bedroom place, in decent condition, fully-furnished and with a decent landlord. Does anyone have any leads that I could chase?

We rent in Baan Klangmuong 5 The Resort, Nadee, not far from the airport (near PEA Building).
We pay 15000/month fully furnished (though we had to get a fridge/ cooker ring/washing machine (which we can use later).
Anyway, it's a nice area, one storey three bedroom properties with gated entrance, looked after. There are I think three houses for rent at around the same price.

I just went there today and the security guard said there is no houses avaiable for rent. Could you possibly get a phone number for any of the properties?

New security guards.......! At least two empty for rent, and two for sale might rent. will get the numbers tomorrow as I am tied up currently restoring laptop! Alternatively if you want to come along again tell the guards you are visiting 177/42 on Soi 9. Let me know before hand in case I am out. Here all day today and Thursday .until around 3pm
