I am coming to Udon Thani mid January and am looking for a house to rent for myself and fiancee as soon as possible.

--> Safe and peaceful location (but not isolated)- not near dogs etc and not in flood area
( in gated location with community swimming pool would be a plus....!)
--> Furnished, to a good and clean standard
--> Western style kitchen
--> Washing machine
--> Good size fridge/freezer
--> Air conditioning
--> Telephone/internet connection
--> Near supermarket using local transport
--> Two bedrooms only are needed, but three considered. [/list]
Rental: 10-12,000 baht, possibly 15,000 if very nice.
