do you have a term that you would rent for we my wife and i need for at least one year starting in late feb would be willing to pay one years rent in advance and a damage deposit...we are in our mid 60s do not smoke have no pets would take good care of your home but would need a gardner for grounds which we would hope you could supply names for... do you have cable or sat. tv phone service/ internet service....my wife and i are very stable married 40+ yearss my wife is issan and im am an american lad...is there any other farlong neighbor or its paddy and timber going area.. no worrys please respond at your convience thanks in advance for your help khun kularb and khun john

What a knock out rental price $\:D/$
You should have seen the dump I rented at Ban SanSaran for that price .

Is this house still available to rent? (Twelve months,possibly longer)

Am coming to Udon Thani mid January (am UK based) and will be looking for a place to rent with my fiancee there.

Interested in buying this wonderful house, am in Udon Thani from Feb 14 onwards, if the house is still available then, keen to have a look (long term tenants no problem as I am only moving to Thailand towards the end of 2013). Walter

Seems this post has been overlooked by recent lookers.

Snapped up = taken, sold etc

Perhaps the OP could amend the thread title to include the word SOLD, if that is the case.
