Zulu, Sanders of the River, Bridge on the River Kwai and the one with Sean Connery and Michael Caine up in the Hills north of India were good movies. The latter was a Kipling tale and had the word K-I-N-G in the title.

It cleaned up at the Academy Awards though. I only saw it quite recently, fairly intense is my recollection. If it was a book, it would be described as 'un-putdownable'. Otherwise...

The Prince of Egypt (1998)

Ralph Fiennes was in that as well.
