I've fully subscribed to TV (UBC) since 2003 but over the years they have been replacing reasonable viewing with cra#. The final straw was losing FOX (all sport and movie channels etc. as of today.
I paid a 4000 baht deposit on the hardware and still have the receipt.
Where does one take their topbox etc. to close the account and get the deposit back?
After testing Sling and FUBOtv I've settled on the latter.
Thank you for any advice.

I dumped them years ago...took me three visit to Central Plaza's True Vision store, another 60+ days to get my refund..Hopefully you can have a smoother transaction.

I dumped True Vision and actually forgot about the deposit. It was at least three months later when they sent my wife a check.Bandung_Dero wrote: ↑October 1, 2021, 4:29 pmI've fully subscribed to TV (UBC) since 2003 but over the years they have been replacing reasonable viewing with cra#.
