Dam the Dog

Post by rct » September 2, 2021, 11:23 am

Dam is a medium sized black dog with a Thai lady owner sitting on a mat, that hangs out in the dog zone of Nong Prajak Park. The owner was smart enough to name her black dog Dam.

Dam likes to screw everything that moves, with its hard on looking for action all the time. Dam's owner and some other Thais seem to care less. It was humurous to see Dam humping a medium bulldog, until the bulldog put an end to it. The bulldog is a male by the way. So Dam is bi-sexual.

We care because Dam is a threat to our beautiful dog. Our dog never runs off, though Dam chased her, and we were lucky to find her about 300 meters away in the parking lot. Dam still bothers her nonstop when both are in the park.

Just venting here.

Good idea to keep your dog on a leash.

I'd reckon within 200 meters of my house we've got 6 packs of dogs.. The park gang of five, the "dog lady's" pack of anywhere from 15-20, the Temple pack of now around 15, the concrete block factory pack of about 8-10 ankle biters, the machinery repair shop with 5-6 large dogs that thankfully stay by the place, and a small pack of maybe 6 dogs owned by 4-5 houses down the road. When a bitch is in heat you have nightly mobs of dogs up and down the street howling, barking, fighting and effing.. No animal control, no mandatory vaccination or neutering (although I'll give the dog lady credit for getting her mob and some of the temple mob fixed) and only occasional anger when someone takes a spill off their motorbike when some errant mutt dumps them by running into the road. Same here.. just venting...

The Nong Prajak DOGGIE zone is mostly pure delight. A variety of cute well groomed dogs that get to run around and meet each other 30 minutes per evening around 17h30. Its happy time to me.

Except that Dam dog!

Where is this doggie zone? Jonathan might like a little sniff about as a treat

Popular dog zone just beyond the west side playgrounds, walking in a southerly direction.

Cheers 👍

Might pop over one evening. It’s handy for one of my favourite noodle soup shops to get a takeout on the way home

Just come home from dogging around Nong Prajak with Jonathan.
Didn’t see Dam, just a couple of husky pups were enough excitement for him.
Crikey, I thought he was about to have a coronary in the car on the way home.

When the wind and dark clouds picked up, the threat of heavy rain motivated several of us to leave at 17h40.

My dog was chased around by 4 horny little guys. Males seem to out number females there.

Our dog's circadian rhythm is now set around Nong Prajak visits from 5 pm.

Crazy excited to get there and on arrival. Usually quite settled down after playtime.

BYO papers to clean any messes.

I never noticed any poopy bins.
Jonathon didn’t seem to fancy puckering his butt cheeks in public so the matter of what to do with the little parcel never came up.

Sounds pretty much the same as Dean's Udon Flat Earth Society meetings.

Must walk 50 to 100 meters away from grassy dog zone to find several bins, eg one by snack bar, one by toilets, by parking. They do exist. Wish one was right there by where the action tends to occur.

Mine: Japanese Spitz all white. Still a virgin and we plan to keep her that way, unless another same breed fancies her.
