Privately purchase covid vaccine outside Thailand

I wonder, if Pfizer or any other covid-19 vaccine could be privately obtained outside Thailand sent to an individual in Thailand to arrange for a doctor or medical professional to administer the two injections?

Pfizer is stored at about -70C so shipment to a private buyer would be nigh impossible. With Pfizer and Moderna only selling to government entities overseas you'd have to find a middleman and a way to ship it in.
