I have relatives whose short break to Chiang Mai was not so enjoyable, because of the behaviour of Chinese visitors.

Looking at the video raises the question:- Who in their right mind would put themselves through the crap they had to endure at Swampy then 14 days quarantine. I guess the only thing they can look forward to is gorging em selves silly at their 1st buffet meal on release, nothing else touristy to do. 555555

From the yahoo article in the OP, looks like they were in hazmat kit for their domestic travel, check-in and the flight.

Then face masks, visors, gloves and rain-ponchos for travel to the ASQ.
