again potato day ,bought 10kg in makro/280B..

made them all for baked , potato salad , mashed/duchess , all portioned and frozen ,
found some parsley in makro ...

chopped up,portioned,freezer, easy when making potato salad /garlic butter.....
and of course potato salad with fresh made mayonnaise...

bread/potato salad topped with chorizo salami , no extra salads as i am not into rabbit food ... :lol:

God afternoon kopkie!

Been missing your updates in the kitchen a bit ;) That salami sandwich look jummy ;) Looking forward to whathever coming up soon.

On another note,went to look for some good Soudough bread at Sussli the Swiss baker..found him (Andy) and hid Thai wife..sorry forgot her name Andy :oops: but instead i found my style of breadgods..had 3 of diffrent kind to try out,one defrosting now as i write..perfect.who ever it was posting about this man...-BIG thank you.

And he also told me about a cycling group..so i will get more info on that subject soon..Thank you very much,just what i needed..cyclingbuddies.

my test results of 2 new made items ...
first one is brussel/belgian waffles

only complaint here was why i have never made them before ?....
second test

a mixed berries bavarois cake ...
also no complaints here yet, nobody has tried it as they are all full stuffed with waffles :D
so will be for later , but test results look ok to me and will be repeated ... ;)

as i used a biscuit for the base of the berrie cake and i only used half, i quickly made a second similar one, not berries but chocolat ...
